After ever intensifying cooperation in 2015, Mobihealth B.V. and our subsidiary BP@Home B.V. were recently acquired by HC@Home B.V.

Both HC@Home and MobiHealth focus on offering safe and user-friendly solutions that enable hospital-based care to be partly reshaped into home- and mobile-based care.

HC@Home uses the MobiHealth platform for telerehabilitation and telemonitoring solutions for cardiology patients. Our ambition is to further develop, implement and offer mobile (secondary) healthcare solutions using eHealth and mHealth technologies, thereby creating mature and sustainable additions to the traditional healthcare offering.
