MobiHealth Portal™ is an on-line service center that allows care professionals secure access to remotely acquired data of their own patients exactly how and when they need it. Remote monitoring, such as with MobiHealth Mobile™, can result in many hours of physiological data, patient questionnaires and diaries. By working closely together with care professionals, we adapt each MobiHealth Portal™ to their unique needs. Data is intelligently filtered and organized into customized views that can be examined on-demand, while the patient is wearing a monitoring system (live) or at a later point in time.

MobiHealth Portal™ facilitates remote treatment by connecting patients and care professionals through simple, web-based interfaces. Besides viewing monitoring data and feedback from their patients, care professionals can also communicate back to them (e.g. adjust treatment advice). Patients have their own personal account on the MobiHealth Portal™, giving them a secure way to provide their care professional with information, monitor their own health status and receive feedback in the comfort of their own environment.
